Notes for a successful fit in the chest area:
- Take your chest measurement around the fullest part of the chest with arms down: just under the arms and across the shoulder blades.
- Take your chest measurement while wearing the outfit that you would wear when donning coveralls. If you will wear a sweatshirt beneath your FR coveralls, be sure to measure your chest while wearing it. Be sure to consider what clothes will be worn in the coldest of climates.
- If your waist, mid-section or hip area is larger than your chest, measure at your widest point to ensure a proper fit. If your chest measures at 36”, but your mid-section measures at 42”, be sure to order the larger size.
- For a roomy coverall fit, order coveralls 2 sizes (4-inches) larger than your chest measurement.

Notes for a successful fit in the garment length:
- Workrite recommends taking a pair of pants that fit well and measuring from the crotch to the bottom of the pant leg. This will give you your exact inseam.
- The lengths for Workrite FR coveralls are determined by your height. See chart above.
- If you are not sure if you are 5’11” or 6’0”, order longer. It is much easier to “hem” or shorten any garment than to make it longer. Often times lengthening a garment requires the addition of fabric.
