Returns and Exchanges
WorkWearToday does not accept returns after 30 days from date of shipment.
- All returns or even exchanges must have a return authorization number. Contact WorkWearToday customer service at 800-393-4187 to get a return number. Returns or even exchanges must be received within thirty (30) days of issuance of Return Authorization to receive credit or be eligible for exchange.
- Manufacturer's Defects: New products, with or without embroidery, with defects in construction or fabric, are eligible for return. When requesting a return number, please indicate that the merchandise is defective, we will provide a shipping label to return the item at no shipping cost or refund your shipping cost if a receipt is provided. Garment will be repaired or replaced as appropriate.
- Shipping Errors: New products, with or without embroidery, that do not match the original order, be it color, size or style are eligible for return.
- Even exchanges for incorrect sizes, incorrect color or style, without embroidery, are eligible for return. Customer is to pay shipping to return garment.
- All embroidered, screen-printed or custom items are not eligible for return. Sales on embroidered, screen-printed or customer items are final.
- Women's garments are non-returnable, unless Manufacture defects or WWT error.
Even Exchange Procedure
- Contact our Customer Service Rep at 800-393-4187 for a return authorization number and the return address.
- Contact WorkWearToday at 800-393-4187 for a return authorization number and the return address.
- Customer Service will advise of any restocking fees at this time.
- Once the return is received, we'll credit your credit card account, less shipping charges and any applicable re-stock fees.
WorkWearToday(WWT) does not accept returns after 30 days from date of shipment..
- WWT does not accept returns if the tags have been removed.
- WWT does not accept returns if the garments have been laundered.
- WWT does not accept returns or exchanges outside of the contiguous 48 states.
- WWT does not refund shipping costs for returned items, unless there is a product defect. Product defects are confirmed at time of receipt.
- Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping fee's will not be refunded for returned items, unless WWT error or manufacture error.
